You can create a safe environment for each other to address your worries. In a joint process, counselling helps you reach your objectives by supporting, challenging, and inspiring you based on your counselor's experience.

In More Detail...

Every counselling partnership begins with a free 15-minute phone session during which we learn what motivated you to get in touch with our team. After that, we take our time getting to know you, as well as the circumstances surrounding your worries. This is very beneficial as you start to identify and comprehend what you might need to develop an enjoyable and fulfilling existence.

We usually meet with clients once per week for 50 minutes long counselling appointments. However, based on what you are working on and the advancement made, your counselling schedule may involve meetings that are shorter or longer in duration. You are always invited to share your ideas, past events, and current needs with your counsellor. In this partnership, it actually facilitates the process!
